include the design service?
A: No, it just a template of
an eCommerce Blog and the setup service. If you required a complete
package with the design, then we can provide you with a competitive
quote. Just let us know. We are happy to help =)

Why
do I need to pay RM100 annually?
A:
The
annual payment is for Domain and Hosting renewal. We need to renew
Domain and Hosting from our provider (Hosgator). You can learn more about Domain
and Hosting and see their prices, it is not a free service.
Q: Can I manage the
hosting myself?
A: At the moment no. It’s
because this is shared hosting and we share it with a limited
number of users. To maintain the security, I can`t let anybody into the
Control Panel. If you wish to manage your own
Hosting, we can provide help with that at a small charge. Do
contact us and we will provide you with assistance.

After the 1
month free technical service, can I still request help?
A:
Of
course, the 1 month is just an official contract. We will try our best
to provide you with a good service and lifetime support to your online
business. Once you become our customer, that means you are in the TEAM!
